What kind of payment do you accept?

How and when will my order be delivered?

US and Canadian orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS.
Orders are usually shipped in 5 to 7 business days.

Is my personal information safe with you?

Detox Secret uses Network Merchants as their credit card and debit card processors. We value your privacy so therefore we do not distribute your personal information.

"Customer" or "you" means the person or company who place an order to purchase any of the products.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER:

Placing an order through O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com is notification that you agree with our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase.

1. GENERAL

1.1 These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all Products by O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com, to the Customer. All other terms and conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.2 We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately on our website as possible. However as colors and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor.

2. PRICE

2.1 All prices are quoted in $ USD

2.2 All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. You will be given the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase.

2.3 In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site or in our sales literature,O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payments are converted into US dollars before we charge your credit card. You can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

3.2 As soon as the transaction is confirmed O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com receives an authorisation code.

3.3 Make your checks payable to O2B Healthy LLC, and be sure to include your full name or company name with address and telephone number on front of the check.

4. PASSING OF PROPERTY

4.1 O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com shall retain legal title to the products until all payment has been made in full by the Customer.

5. PASSING OF RISK

5.1 The risk on the Products shall pass to the Customer on delivery once the products have been signed for.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only although if a product is in stock, we aim to send it out on your behalf to your specified delivery address within 7 days of your order, if an item is not in stock we will aim to deliver within 14 days, but 28 days should be allowed. If we cannot despatch an item to you within 90 days we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

6.2 Once the item(s) has been signed for at the delivery address it is no longer the responsibility of O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com. Refunds cannot be given if your product is not passed on to the main recipient.

6.3 O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.

7. ACCEPTANCE

7.1 The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights).

8. GUARANTEE REFUNDS AND RETURNED GOODS

8.1 If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any UNUSED (does not include Detox Foot Spas & others see below) products for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms detailed below.
Returns received within 14 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund subject to the terms set out below, but will incur a re-stocking fee of 25%.

8.2 Detox Foot Spas and consumables are bound by Manufacturers Warranty and details of their terms & conditions will be provided within their Product Manual, it is also a requirement that you read and understand our section on "How Does it Work" as NO REFUND or RETURNS are accepted based on your lack of understanding of this technology NOR a lack of understanding in regards to why the water changes colour with any of our systems.

8.3 Detox Secret Foot Patches  because of Health issues these cannot be returned.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
Items that have been used or tampered with will not be eligable for a refund unless found to be faulty by the Manufacturers..

8.4 Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

8.5 Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us via recorded delivery. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

9. CANCELLATION

9.1 O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com reserves the right to refuse any order or part of order or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate or process the order.

9.2 O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its' inability to do so or its' decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided it takes all reasonable steps to notify the customer within 14 days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com will immediately refund any payments made in full.

9.3 The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days which starts from the day after the day the customer receives the goods. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods as well as the original delivery costs. O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com will refund the customer's money within 30 days of cancellation. A $100 cancellation fee is payable.

9.4 If the customer cancels the order before the goods have been shipped O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com will refund the customer's money within 30 days of cancellation. A $100 cancellation fee is payable.

9.5 If the customer cancel the order whilst the goods are in transit with the carriers the customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods as well as the original delivery costs, plus any additional costs incurred by the carriers due to cancellation of delivery. O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com will refund the customer's money within 30 days of cancellation. A $100 cancellation fee is payable.

10. LICENCE AGREEMENT

10.1 The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com cannot be held responsible for any misuse constructed by the Customer or any third party.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 If the Customer has any complaint he or she should contact O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com on 1-888-28DETOX (1-888-283-3869) or email the complaint to info@detoxsecret.com O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com agrees to respond promptly to all complaints in a fair and equitable manner.

11.2 O2B Healthy LLC and Detoxsecret.com and the Customer shall use their best efforts to negotiate in good faith and settle amicably any dispute that may arise out of the supply of Products or these Conditions.

11.3 If the parties cannot settle any such dispute within 21 days it shall be determined by an independent third party jointly nominated by the parties ("the third party"). If the parties shall fail to nominate a Third Party within a further 7 days then the Third Party shall be nominated at the request of either party. The consumer is not compelled to take part in these proceedings.

11.4 The Third Party shall act as an expert and not as an arbitrator whose decision (including as to costs) shall be final and binding upon the parties.

12. LAW

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
