Shipping Information
Be sure your that your E-mail address is
correct and that you have read & understood our Shipping & Returns
Policy before placing an order.
Orders should reach your door in approximately 10
business days or less, unless your item is on back order. If the back ordered
item would take more than 30 days, we will notify you by E-mail. Usually back
orders don’t take that long.
It is our intention to ship Ionic Detox Foot Baths
within 14 days of purchase, but please be aware that it could take about 2 - 4
weeks for these items. If shipping is going to take longer than 14 days we will
email you with details.
Your order will be shipped via UPS Postal Services.
Should you have special instructions, please don’t hesitate to inform us in your
order.
Returns policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return any UNUSED (does not include
Detox Foot Spas & others see below) products for a refund, exchange or store
credit subject to the terms detailed below.
Returns received within 14 days of
the ship date are eligible for a refund subject to the terms set out below, but
will incur a re-stocking fee of 25%.
Detox Foot Spas and
consumables are bound by Manufacturers Warranty and
details of their terms & conditions will be provided within their Product
Manual, it is also a requirement that you read and understand our section on
"How Does it Work" as NO REFUND or RETURNS
are accepted based on your lack of understanding of this technology NOR
a lack of understanding in regards to why the water changes colour with any of
our systems.
Detox Secret Foot Patches because
of Health issues these cannot be returned.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are
not refundable.
Items that have been used or tampered with will
not be eligable for a refund unless found to be faulty
by the Manufacturers.

Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties
and taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country.
We do not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be rendered in
order for your package to clear customs. For further information on your
country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. |
