How often, and for how long should I use the Detox Secret foot pad?

To ensure the even detoxification of your body, it is best to put the Detox Secret Foot Patches on the soles of both feet. The average person can take up to one month or more of daily use to remove the majority of toxins from their bodies, older people or people who are ill could take longer. The ideal situation would be to continue using the Detox Secret Foot Patches until they remain clean after 12 hours of continuous use. Then a maintenance plan of 20 patches per 1 to 2 months may be sufficient to counteract the daily onslaught of toxins most of us face. This can be determined by the color of the patches after 8 - 12 hours of direct contact with the soles of your feet.

Can I use the Detox Secret patches on other parts of my body?

Absolutely, The Detox Secret Patch can also be very effective placed over other areas of the body where you are experiencing pain, discomfort or swelling. Some areas suggested include the shoulders, the front of the neck, the lower back, the knees, wrists and elbows and the back of the ankles.
